Well it took me a few days to get to use my new products that came in. But, when I did, oh my, it was awesome! The first thing I did was use my mini tartlet tray. I had a few different recipes I wanted to try so I did 2 rows each (10 tartlets) of pudding, brie & jam, and strawberries & chocolate. I was amazed at how easy and yummy they were! Here is what I did to make the tartlets.
Roll out pie crust (refrigerated kind) on Roll'Pat.
Use the small dough cutter to cut out the little tartlets
Place the dough on the tartlet tray and use the shaper to push them into the tray.
For the chocolate & strawberry tartlets:
Place a small piece of strawberry into each tartlet
I used mini chocolate chips but you could do any kind - put a few chips in each tartlet
For the pudding rows I left the tartlet empty while it baked and then added a spoonful of chocolate pudding after they had cooled.
For the brie & jam tartlets:
I used the type of brie that already had the rind already peeled off. Just make sure the brie is is peeled. Put a piece of brie in each tartlet. Put just a bit of jam (any flavor - I used red raspberry but apricot is good too) on the top of the brie.
Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
I was going to let Trevor take them to work today but there weren't any left this morning. Oops.

Welcome to My Blog!
I have become completely obsessed with Demarle at Home products. So much so that I have started selling the product in Virginia. My goal is to use this blog to show my clients how to use their products, demonstrate different recipes, and just to share my love of Demarle at Home.
My Demarle at Home experience started several years ago when I was visiting my Aunt Kathy in Washington State. She was using her silpat and I was intrigued by it. She is a representative for Demarle at Home so I was able to get my hands on one quickly. The next time I visited her I ordered two additional products, the mini loaf tray & the mini muffin tray. Finally, my Aunt called me and said that it was time I started selling the product in Virginia. So here I am selling the product that I love.
I am expecting a huge shipment of different products tomorrow and I can't wait to blog about all of my new adventures. Stay tuned.....
